Christmas Market Tour

Welcome to Strasbourg,
a town famous for their Christmas market and lighting. Temperature is freezing at 0 degrees at night. Yet the market is still so crowded, just like our Chinese New Year market.


Well, you can buy many things in this market, especially food... Food glorious food..... :P
There are some funny stuff like warm wine, warm orange & apple juice, crepes, chiros... hee... of course we tried some of it too :)



Well, after the snack we have proper dinner. We went to this nice cozy & squeezy restaurant. The waitress was very friendly, took care of my pregnant wife very well. :) From here, you see she is eating a "Tarte flambee" which mean flame tart?? 1 of the local specialty in Strasbourg



Well, our Christmas trip ended at Colmar, another nice beautiful town, which is about 30 minutes drive from Strasbourg. There are many mini markets scattered around this town, the buildings are really nice & unique. Make you think you are in some fairytale land.....


Another cold Christmas for us this year, BUT we will be going skiing.... hee... so stay tuned, we will update more soon :)
